Q: Can I request for a virtual meeting instead?
Please Whatsapp or Telegram Team AJ to request for a virtual meeting. Team AJ will send you a follow up to confirm the meeting details 24 hours prior to the schedule meeting time.
Q: What are the value-added services included in my purchase?
Following your purchase, Team AJ is committed to help you in the maintenance of your beloved Authica diamond jewellery. Hence, we are always here to offer you complimentary annual cleaning, polishing and/or prong tightening for your Authica jewellery once for the next 5 years. It would take 1 – 2 weeks to complete the service. There will be a minimal fee if you wish to polish and check for prong tightening after 5 years.
Q: Do you provide free resizing service if her ring size is inaccurate?
Yes, there is a one-time FREE ring alteration service for up to 3 ring sizes within 60 days of collection, if the ring doesn’t fit well. Team AJ will provide further advice on the ring resizing due to design limitations etc.
Q: Do you sell loose diamond only?
Yes, we can help you to select and order loose diamond/s for your preferred jewellery designer to work on your desired style too.
Q: Do you create jewellery settings only, if I were to provide a lab grown diamond?
Unfortunately, we only create jewellery settings for Authica diamonds and no diamonds from other jewellers due to security issues.
Q: How much time is needed from order confirmation to jewellery collection?
If your selected jewellery design is from Authica’s Ready Collection with no modifications required, your customised jewellery will be ready within 6-8 weeks upon order confirmation.
If we were to design your jewellery from scratch or have it modified from our existing designs, an additional 1- 2 weeks may be required to produce your jewellery design drawing for your review and approval. This process can be expedited if we can receive your prompt responses and are limited to no more than two rounds of revisions.
Q: What is your order cancellation, exchange & refund policy?
All confirmed orders are subjected to 50% deposit to secure the selected diamond/s and initiate the jewellery creation process within 24 hours.
Hence, cancellations made within 24 hours from order confirmation, is entitled to a 100% refund of deposit. Cancellations made within 3 days will incur a 50% forfeit of deposit. Cancellations made after 3 days will incur a full forfeit of deposit.
Upon the collection of your bespoke Authica jewellery, we hope you will be pleased with your purchase, as due diligence regarding details of your jewellery design has been taken care of, right from the beginning of your customisation journey. You will also be invited to inspect the arrived goods in the presence of Team AJ, to verify that your jewellery is untampered with and undamaged.
Unless the item is found to be faulty from a manufacturing defect, Authica reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange. In the unforeseen event of a defective product, Team AJ will strive to resolve the issue soonest possible and return a satisfactory item of similar value as replacement.
